Grace was born in Reading and trained as a GB level aerobic gymnast before completing dance training at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, gaining a First Class degree from Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and an MA in contemporary dance from Northern School of Contemporary Dance.In 2014, on graduation, Grace gained a place as an apprentice for Mark Bruce Company for the UK tour of ‘Dracula’ and has since worked with the company on ‘The Odyssey’ UK tour, playing Calypso.

As a freelance dancer Grace has worked on a number of commercial projects including music videos for Emilie Sande, Jess Glynne and Flux Pavillion (choreography: Alexandra Green). Grace also works closely with award winning choreographer Holly Blakey. Projects include Florence and The Machine live at Hyde Park, Bloc Party music video, Nimmo music video and Selfridges Christmas promo. Grace is an original dancer for Holly Blakey’s piece ‘Some Greater Class’ (music by Gwilym Gold and Darkstar). SGC has been performed at Hales Gallery, the UK Music Video Awards and was recently taken to Berlin to be performed at the Michelberger Music Festival, curated by Bon Iver and The National. Whilst in Berlin they also collaborated with musicians such as Woodkid, Polica and Stargaze. Grace has worked with Russell Maliphant on the Sagami Original commercial and a recent documentary on Rudolph Nuryev by Rattling Stick Productions. This is Grace’s first season with the company.


will thompson

Will Thompson was born in 1994 in South-East London. After being introduced to dance during his first few years at secondary school, his training began on the Trinity Laban CAT scheme while also being part of Shoreditch Youth Dance. After two years Thompson went on to Rambert School, receiving a BA HONS in 2016.

During his last year of training he was one of the selected artists to take part in DV8 Physical Theatres Professional Development programme. Since, his work within theatre and dance has expanded across both stage and film. Thompson has worked with and performed in creations by Hannes Langolf, INNE|Iván Pérez, Johannes Wieland, Maciej Kuźmiński and Maxine Doyle amongst other directors, choreographers and collaborators, which have been created and performed both internationally and within the UK.

Dana Fouras trained as a classical dancer in Australia and at The Royal Ballet School. She won Adeline Genée Silver medals in 1984 & 1985 and Prix de Lausanne medal in 1986. On joining The Royal Ballet in 1988 she created the role of Lead Girl in Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s Soirée Musical and danced roles such as Juliet in MacMillan’s Romeo & Juliet, Solo Swan in Swan Lake, Requiem & My Brother My Sisters and created leading roles with choreographers Page, Bintley & Tuckett.

In 1994 she left the Royal Ballet to pursue a career in independent dance, touring with Irek Mukhamedov, Jonathon Burrows and Russell Maliphant. Works with Russell include the duet Sheer, which won a Time Out Live Award in 2001 and the solo Two. Dana has worked closely with Russell on numerous dance works, film for dance and commercial projects as researcher and collaborative assistant since 1998.
